I will develop a customized marketing plan that will utilize proven techniques to help sell your home quickly, and for the best price possible.  Your property will be promoted to Realtors through the Multiple Listing Service, by conducting an office preview for our agents, and an open house for other area agents.  A few ways I will promote your property to the public is providing extensive Internet and Email exposure, using direct mail, flyer's, and holding a public open house.   

















Closing the Sale
When an offer is presented, I will negotiage on your behalf to help obtain the most favorable price and terms, and will furnish you with an estimate of the proceeds you can expect from the sale. Once an offer is executed, I will work on your behalf and handle the details throughout the transaction to smoothly and successfully close the sale.
